First established in 1972 we are privately owned. We aim to provide a professionally run club, maintaining, developing and improving all of our facilities and services to high standards.

Our aim is to provide the friendliest and most welcoming health, fitness and sports club in town. We offer flexible membership at affordable rates and strive to maintain our facilities to the highest standards.

We care and are always willing to listen. Our staff will provide a friendly professional service where almost 'nothing is too much trouble'
